Notice of Proposed Modifications to Proposals for a Local Plan

Alyn and Deeside Local Plan (incorporating Waste Policies)

Flintshire County Council propose to modify Policy EM.15 of the Plan. The proposed modification with the Authority’s reasons for proposing it are available for inspection, free of charge, together with a direction from the Secretary of State directing the authority to modify the Plan proposals, during normal opening hours at:   Flintshire County Council offices:       County Hall, Mold, Flintshire;       County Offices, St. David’s Park, Ewloe, Deeside;       County Offices, Chapel Street, Flint.   Branch Libraries at Hawarden, Connah’s Quay, Buckley, Aston, Broughton, Caergwrle, Garden City, Hope, Kinnerton, Mancot, Saltney.   Post Offices at Llanyfynydd, Cymau, Treuddyn, Coed Talon/Pontybodkin, Penyffordd/Penymynydd.   Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposed modification should be sent in writing to the Director of Planning and Development, Flintshire County Council, County Offices, St. David’s Park, Ewloe, Deeside, Flintshire CH5 3PW, on or before 29th May 1998.   Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made, and may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposed modification and plan proposals.

Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals

If no objections are received during the period given for making objections and the Secretary of State is satisfied that the modification proposed conforms with his direction or the direction is withdrawn, Flintshire County Council intend to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period.   Forms for making objections are available at the locations detailed above and also on request from the County Offices, Ewloe (telephone 01352 703228).   Copies of the documents can be obtained from the Council Offices at Ewloe.
