At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Bowman House, 2-10 Bridge Street, Reading, Berkshire RG1 2LU, on 1st April 1998, the following Special Resolutions were passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that E. V. L. Blackwell, of Stoy Hayward, Bowman House, 2-10 Bridge Street, Reading, Berkshire RG1 2LU, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” D. G.
