Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at BDO Stoy Hayward, 12 Lower Brook Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP4 1AT, on 29th May 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, a proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. Proxies for the Meeting must be lodged at BDO Stoy Hayward, 12 Lower Brook Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP4 1AT, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting. D. J.
