At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at 46 West Bar, Banbury, on 2nd April 1998, at 12 noon, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Tracey Maris, of Grant Thornton, 1 Westminster Way, Oxford, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” D.
