Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Shareholders and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, on Thursday, 28th May 1998, at 11 a.m. for Shareholders and 11.15 a.m. for Creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to receive any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Shareholder or a Creditor entitled to attend and vote at any of these Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend instead of him or herself. A proxy need not be a Shareholder or a Creditor of the respective company. Proxies must be lodged at the above address not later than 4 p.m. on the day preceding the Meetings. I.
