Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, Provincial House, 37 New Walk, Leicester LE1 6TU, on 20th May 1998, at 11.30 a.m., to have an account laid before it showing how the Liquidation has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
