Notice is hereby given that D. G. Baldock, an Inspector instructed by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, will attend at the Town Hall, Bolton, on Tuesday, 12th May 1998, at 10 a.m., to hold a local inquiry.   The subject of the inquiry is an application by Mr. and Mrs. G. Daubney to the Secretary of State to discharge a restriction on the development or use of land at The Gatehouse, Turton Road, Bradshaw, Bolton, imposed by an agreement made between Sir Arthur Henwayn Ashworth and the Urban District Council of Turton on 12th July 1934.   The Inspector may at his discretion hear representations from any persons who may wish to appear and be heard. M. Farquhar, authorised by the Secretary of State to sign in that behalf.
