NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 Declaration of National Nature Reserve Parishes of Whiteparish Redlynch and Landford, County of Wiltshire

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 19 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, that by the Langley Wood and Homan’s Copse National Nature No. 1 Declaration 199  made on 29th April 1998, the Nature Conservancy Council for England declared that the land containing 217.77 hectares or thereabouts situated in the Parishes of Whiteparish, Redlynch and Landford in the County of Wiltshire and shown in black on the plan attached to the said Declaration, is being held by the Nature Conservancy Council for England and managed as a nature reserve.   Certified copies of the Langley Wood and Homan’s Copse National Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 199  have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Wiltshire County Council, Salisbury District Council, and at the offices of the Nature Conservancy Council for England at Northminster House, Peterborough, and Prince Maurice Court, Devizes. 29th April 1998.
