Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 4-8 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4LU, on 2nd June 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution, the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidators shall be disposed of. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her and such proxy need not also be a Member. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at 4-8 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4LU, no later than 12 noon, on 1st June 1998. A. D. Kenningham, Joint Liquidator    Note.
