Lee, Insolvency Practitioner in the firm of Horsfields Insolvency Practitioners, 8 Manchester Road, Bury, Lancashire BL9 0ED, hereby give notice, pursuant to Rule 6.124 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I have been duly appointed as Trustee of the estate of the above-named Bankrupt with effect from 16th April 1998.   All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me, and all debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me.   Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named individual are required, if they have not already done so within 21 days of this notice, to send their full details and full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, J.
