Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 8th April 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 16th April 1998, SUE CONSTANTINE, of 50 Windmill Drive, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, divorced, a British citizen by virtue of section 7(2) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Gavrielides and assumed the surname of Constantine.
