In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court  No. 5666 of 1996In the Matter of BRIAN MICHAEL CRAMER (t/a Old Flames) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee of the above-named Bankrupt intends paying an interim dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Bankrupt are required, on or before 5th June 1998, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, M. Fishman, of PO Box 55, 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, Trustee of the Bankrupt, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved their debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, this or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.   It is the Trustee’s intention to declare a First Dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date of proving.
