BOYNE HILL LIMITED (formerly Sandal Motors Limited)

I, Richard John Brown, of John Gordon Walton & Co., Yorkshire House, Greek Street, Leeds LS1 5ST, give notice that on 31st May 1996, I was appointed Liquidator of Boyne Hill Limited (formerly known as Sandal Motors Limited) by Members of the Company. Notice is hereby given that Creditors of the above-named Company are invited to prove their debts. Any person claiming to be a Creditor and wishing to recover his debt should submit his claim in writing to me, before 5th June 1998, which is the last date for proving. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in a dividend, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved. The winding-up is a solvent liquidation and it is anticipated that all Creditors will be paid in full. R. J. Brown, Liquidator 8th May 1998.
