Notice of Cancellation of Local Inquiry

Notice is hereby given that the local inquiry due to be held at St. Peter’s College, College Road, Saltley, Birmingham B6 3TE, at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, 19th May 1998, into the proposal of the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act has been cancelled.   The reason for the cancellation is that the outstanding objection to the proposal has been withdrawn.
