A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up and giving an explanation of it. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, Clock House, 140 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1UW, on 8th July 1998, at 10 a.m. Proxy forms must be lodged with me not later than 4 p.m. on the working day preceding the Meeting to enable Members to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
