Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends, within 4 months from 24th June 1998 (the last date for proving), to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Preferential Creditors of the said Company. Any Creditor desiring to participate in such dividend must, on or before 24th June 1998, send in their full name and address and particulars of the claim to the undersigned, Andrew James Clifford, of Baker Tilly, 1 Gillingham House, Pannells Court, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4EU, the Liquidator of the said Company. Creditors who have not lodged claims by the last date for proving will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution. This notice is in accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986. A.
