At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of McGuiness Finch, 9 Stratford Place, London W1N 9AE, on 15th May 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Peter John Robertson Souster and Tracey Elizabeth Callaghan, of Baker Tilly, 2 Bloomsbury Street, London WC1B 3ST, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” R.
