Any person having any claim against or an interest in the Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest before the expiry of a period of three months from the date of this publication, after which time the assets of the Scheme will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled under the Scheme. In making the distribution the Trustee will have regard only to the claims and interests which they have received notice of before the expiry of the said three month period. Claims should be made to the Technical Administrator, Pensions Department, BUPA House, 15-19 Bloomsbury Way, London WC1A 2BA.
