HASBRO UK EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PLAN (previously called The Milton Bradley UK Staff Employment Benefits Plan; The Milton Bradley UK Employee Benefits Plan)

This notice concerns you if you are an employee or former employee of Hasbro UK Limited (formerly called Hasbro Bradley (UK) Limited); Hasbro International (also known as Hasbro Europe); Milton Bradley International Inc., (also known as Milton Bradley Europe); Milton Bradley Limited (formerly called Arrow Games Limited); Tonka (UK) Limited; Hasbro Industries (UK) Limited, or widow/widower, child or other dependant of such employee or former employee.   The Hasbro UK Employee Benefits Plan (the Plan”) is being wound up. This means that the Trustees of the Plan need to establish exactly who the beneficiaries of the Plan are, and their entitlements to benefits so that the Trustees can arrange for the assets of the Plan to be used to provide the pensions and benefits due to the beneficiaries. If you are an employee or former employee of any of the companies named above or if you are or were a member of the Plan at any time or a widow/widower, child or other dependant of such a person, you may have a claim to benefits under the Plan.   The Trustees have already written to all of the Members and beneficiaries of the Plan for whom they have records. If you have not already received a letter from the Trustees and you have, or think you have, a right to benefit under the Plan, you should telephone 0181-744 6315. This is an answer phone. You should leave your full name and address and you will be sent a form which you must complete with details of your claim and return to the address on the form.   The last date for sending in a claim is 15th June 1998.
