London Borough of Haringey (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (No. 20) (Amendment No. 19) Traffic Management Order 1998 No. 25. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 30th April 1998 made the Haringey (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (No. 20) (Amendment No. 19) Traffic Order 1998 under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The general effect of the Order will be to add to the existing restrictions imposed in Muswell Hill Road.   A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 15th June 1998 can be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made between 9 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 7TR or Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey N.8.   Copies of the Order may be obtained from T. A. Duguid at the Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 7TR.   Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, withing 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
