The London Borough of Haringey (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (No. 22) (Amendment No. 21) Traffic Management Order 1998 No. 27. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, on 30th April 1998, made the Haringey (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (No. 22) (Amendment No. 21) Traffic Order 1998 under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Order will be to give powers to parking attendants to supervise the existing restrictions in the following roads: Boreham Road, Colina Road, Downhills Way, Endymion Road, Ferry Lane, Frobisher Road, Green Lanes, Harringay Road, Hewitt Road, High Road Wood Green, Langham Road, Lordship Lane, Lothair Road North, St. Anns Road, St. Loys Road, Salisbury Road, Seymour Road, The Roundway, Turnpike Lane and Westbury Avenue. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 15th June 1998, can be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made between 9 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at The Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 7TR and Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey N.8. Copies of the Order may be obtained from T. A. Duguid at the Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 7TR. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
