Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7th May 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 12th May 1998, Alexandrine Portelli, on behalf of MIA GILDA PORTELLI, of 4 Pursers Cross Road, Parsons Green, Fulham, London SW6 4QX, a minor, and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Mia Gilda Mitidieri and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Mia Gilda Portelli.
