Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Critchleys, Boswell House, 1-5 Broad Street, Oxford OX1 3AW, on 13th July 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting of the Members is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him. A. J.
