I, Ivan Jones, of Birchall Blackburn, Solicitors, of Crystal House, Birley Street, Preston, hereby give notice that I have been appointed by the Court as Trustee of the estate and the above-named Bankrupt.   All persons having in their possession any effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me and all debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me.   Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debt to me.
