Notice is given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Piper Thompson, Mulberry House, 53 Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DJ, on Friday, 24th July 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf. Proxies must be lodged with me no later than 12 noon on 23rd July 1998. T. J.
