At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Ballast Quay, Fingringhoe, Colchester, Essex CO5 7DB, don 10th June 1998, at 11.30 a.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian Donald Williams of Benedict McQueen, 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” M.
