Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of Members and Creditors of Kings Hill Poultry Limited, will be held at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, on 30th July 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive a report of the Liquidator showing the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
