TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that on application by North Lincolnshire Council he proposes to make an Order under the powers contained in section 333(7) of the above Act. The Order will vary the conditions attached to an Order made under section 212 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971, known as “The Conversion of Highways into Footpaths or Bridleways (District of Scunthorpe) (No. 1) Order 1977”. The effect of the variation will be the reinstatement of vehicular rights across two areas of highway at Elizabeth Street, Scunthorpe, by deleting Schedule 1 items (1) and (2) of the Order. Copies of the draft Order and plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours during 28 days commencing on 26th June 1998, at the Council Offices, Pitwood House, Ashby Road, Scunthorpe, and may be obtained, free of charge, from the Government Office of Yorkshire and the Humber (quoting Ref. YHDOT Y2003/ 41/39/1) at the address stated below. Any person may object to the making of the Order within the period of 28 days commencing on 26th June 1998, by notice to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, quoting the above reference, at the Directorate of Planning, Transport and Environment, Government Office for Yorkshire and the Humber, PO Box 213, City House, New Station Street, Leeds LS1 4US.
