Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the assets of the Thyssen Haniel Retirement Benefits Plan (formerly known as the Haniel Transport (UK) Limited Retirement Benefits Plan) established by a Trust Deed dated 30th July 1976, is required to send particulars of his claim or interest to the Solicitors to the Trustees at the address given below before 30th September 1998, after which date the assets of the said Plan will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they had notice.
