Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company are to be held at the offices of Bevans, 155 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2RF, on Monday, 27th July 1998, at 3.45 p.m. and 4 p.m. respectively for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up and showing how the property of the Company was disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
