Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of Control & Applications Limited will be held at the offices of Robson Rhodes, St. George House, 40 Great George Street, Leeds LS1 3DQ, on 11th August 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member.
