TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, hereby gives notice that the proposes to make an Order under section 247 of the above act to athorise the stopping-up of a part of the southeastern footway of Reginart Buildings, London N.W.1.   If the Order is made, the stopping-up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted to the Central Metropolitan Land Limited, by the London Borough of Camden on 22nd March 1994, under Ref. PL/9400155 and on 13th January 1995, under Ref. PL/9401620/R1.   The proposed Order will also require an improvement to Reginart Buildings by the reinstatement of the footway.   Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours during 28 days commencing on 10th July 1998, at the offices of the London Borough of Camden, Camden Town Hall, Town Hall Extension, Argyle Street Entrance, Euston Road, London W.C.1., and may be obtained, free of charge, from the Government Office for London (quoting Ref. LRO 34/X5210/1/015) at the address stated below. Any person may object to the making of the proposed Order within the period of 28 days commencing on 10th July 1998, by notice to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, quoting the above Ref., at the Government Office for London, Transport Division, 8/W.19 Riverwalk House, 157-161 Millbank, London SW1P 4RR.   In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.
