Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12th November 1997 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 7th July 1998, Paula Townsend on behalf of CHARLIE STEPHEN OTTEY, 3 Nicolas Stacey House, 19 Frank Burton Close, Victoria Way, London SE7 7UE, a minor and a British Citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Townsend and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Ottey.
