Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 16th January 1998, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7th July 1998, as Paul Warren O’Keeffe person having parental responsiblity on behalf of CHARMAINE JADE O’KEEFFE, of 28 Manitoba Way, Durrington, Worthing, West Sussex BN13, a child, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Golding and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of O’Keeffe.
