Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 9th June 1998, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10th June 1998, KRISTIAN AYRIS, of 6 Bartlett Close, Poplar E14 6LH, single, a British citizen, by virtue of section 11 British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Hagan and assumed the surname of Ayris. 10th June 1998.
