At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Baker Tilly, Carlton House, Grammar School Street, Bradford BD1 4NS, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert Henry Barker and Richard Paul Rendle, of Baker Tilly, Carlton House, Grammar School Street, Bradford BD1 4NS, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” W.
