Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a First Interim Dividend in the above matter, and that if you do not establish your claim to the satisfaction of the Court on or before 3rd September 1998, or such later date as the Court may fix, your claim will be expunged, and I shall proceed to make a Dividend without regard to such claim.   The Dividend will be paid within the period of 4 months from the last day or proving.
