Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 29th June 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23rd July 1998, ADAM DYLAN FIFOOT, 43 Pearson Close, Aylesbury HP21 87H, single, a British citizen by virtue of section 37(1) British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Breese and assumed the surname of Fifoot. 23rd July 1998.
