Highway at Moat Farm Drive, Rugby

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-up of Highways (County of Warwickshire) (No. 3) Order 199 ”, authorising the stopping-up of part of Moat Farm Drive, Rugby.
  The Order as made, will authorise the stopping-up only to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by Rugby Borough Council on 4th November 1997, under Ref. R/96/0417/11541/OP.
  Copies of this Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the West Midlands at the offices of the Director, Planning, Transport and Environment, 77 Paradise Circus, Queensway, Birmingham B1 2DT, (quoting 5077/35/1/31), and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Rugby Borough Council, Town Hall, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 2ZP.
  Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 1st September 1998, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
