Highway at Holly Hall Clinic, Stourbridge Road (Service Road), Dudley

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-up of Highways (Metropolitan Borough of Dudley) (No. 5) Order 1998” authorising the stopping-up of an area of footway at Holly Hall Clinic, Stourbridge Road (Service Road), Dudley.   The Order, as made, will authorise the stopping-up only to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, on 19th February 1998, under Ref. 98/50025.   Copies of this Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the West Midlands, at the offices of the Director, Planning, Transport and Environment, 77 Paradise Circus, Queensway, Birmingham B1 2DT (quoting Ref. 5106/35/1/12), and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, 3 St. James’ Road, Dudley, West Midlands DY1 1HZ.   Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 21st October 1998, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order, or of any provision contained therein.
