Notice is hereby given that by Deed Polls dated 8th July 1998 and 9th July 1998 respectively and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11th September 1998, BILAL HUSSAIN and SADIA HUSSAIN, married and both of 10 Shannon Road, Ipswich, in the county of Suffolk, both Commonwealth citizens under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 11, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Page-Turner and have assumed the surname of Hussain and the said Bilal Hussain has formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the Christian forenames of Mark Scott and assumed the forename of Bilal.
