NATIONAL MUSIC DAY EVENTS LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Greenland Place, 115-123 Bayham Street, London NW1 0AG, on 22nd October 1998, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen Treharne, of KPMG, 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4PP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” H.
