Notice is hereby given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Freight Intertrans (UK) Limited Retirement and Death Benefits Scheme are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by Freight Intertrans (UK) Limited.   If you were an employee of the Company and believe you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme which have not already been notified to you, please contact Anna Batterley, William M. Mercer Limited, 59 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 2DH, within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of publication of this advertisement.
