Notice of Disclaimer under section 656 of the Companies Act 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of the Duchy of Lancaster, as nominee for Her Majesty in Right of Her Majesty’s Duchy of Lancaster in whom the property and rights of Saint Stephen’s Kearsley Moor Building Company Limited (No. 00140672) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested, pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 when the Company was dissolved on the 29th day of March 1988, pursuant to section 652(5) of the Companies Act 1985, hereby disclaims the title of Her Majesty in Right of Her Majesty’s Duchy of Lancaster (if any) in the premises demised by a lease dated 4th August 1915 and made between E. A. Le Gendre Starkie (1) and the Company (2) and known as land on the west side of Bent Spur Road, Kearsley, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on or after 20th August 1998.
