TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled The Stopping-up of the Highways (London Borough of Bromley) (No. 3) Order 1998” authorising the stopping-up of the whole of Heath Grove, a length of Gladstone Mews, the whole of the unnamed highway to the west of Upton Court, the whole of the unnamed highway to the west of Birling House, a length of the unnamed highway to the east of Devon House and Durham Terrace and various unnamed footpaths, on the Groves Estate, Penge, London S.E.20.   Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for London, Transport Division, 8/W19, Riverwalk House, 157-161 Millbank, London SW1P 4RR (quoting Ref. LRO 34/G5180/1/021), and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of the London Borough of Bromley, Main Enquiry Desk, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH.   Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 27th November 1998, apply to High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
