Wray Conservation Area
Notice is hereby given under section 69, that the Lancaster City Council has determined that the boundary of the Wray Conservation Area be amended to include the whole of the playing fields, the boundary now runs along the wall to the east of the fields. This area was formerly the Vicars Glebe, and the former boundary cut through the playing fields with half in the Conservation Area and half outside. The Council has also determined that the boundary be rationalised around recent developments and amended to include the whole of the land (garden) to the rear of 3-5 Gars End and at the rear of Appletree Barn, Wray. The plan defining the amended boundary of the Conservation Area may be inspected at the office of the Chief Planning Officer, Palatine Hall, Dalton Square, Lancaster, during normal office hours. S.
