Application for an Annulment of Bankruptcy Orders

Take notice that the debtor herein who resides at, and also trades as, The Bat and Ball, 141 London Road, Southborough, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, has made an application for an annulment of the Bankruptcy Order made on 11th September 1998. The Court has directed that I advertise the annulment application and request that all Creditors prove their claims to me by sending written notice of their claim to me at Carter Clark, Meridian House, 62 Station Road, North Chingford, London E4 7BA, within 21 days of the date of this notice.
