Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Harrison Peak, Osborne Place, 30 The Downs, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 2PU, on Friday, 22nd January 1999, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at the offices of Harrison Peak, Osborne Place, 30 The Downs, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 2PU, no later than 12 noon on Thursday, 21st January 1999.
