Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 23rd September 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23rd October 1998 as Jan Cavelle, the person having parental responsibility on behalf of ALEXANDRA GLENNON, a child, single and a British citizen abandoned the surname of Cavelle and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Glennon, and as Jan Cavelle, the person having parental responsibility on behalf of Jonathan Charles Glennon, single and a British citizen abandoned the surname of Cavelle and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Glennon.
