Changes of Name

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 28th October 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18th November 1998 AHMED ADI, of Foxbury Avenue, off Perry Street, Chislehurst, Kent BR7 6SD, single, a Commonwealth citizen abandoned the name of Anthony Lloyd Royal and assumed the name of Ahmed Adi. 28th October 1998.
